Principal duties include: 

• Support the Head of Major Giving and Partnerships to develop and deliver the mid-value donor fundraising strategy.
• Build and steward relationships with mid-level donors, inspiring significant gifts to Mary’s Meals.
• Identify and develop mid-value prospects, including identifying major giving prospects for stewardship by the Major Giving and Corporate Lead.
• Promote Sponsor A School (SAS) as a key product for mid-value givers, and ensure excellent donor experience with Mary’s Meals.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Major Giving and Partnerships, Communications, and Data Insights teams to build appropriate supporter journeys for mid-value prospects and mid-value donors.
• Consider innovative ways of engaging mid-value donors and prospects, such as targeted communications and regional events.
• Work with the Head of Major Giving and Partnerships to set income and expenditure budgets for the team.
• Maintain accurate records, analysing financial and non-financial data to monitor and improve performance and mitigate risk.
• Act as an ambassador of Mary’s Meals at public engagements and supporter events and, where necessary, deliver speeches or presentations to a wide range of audiences.
