We are looking for a passionate Head of Supporter Care to drive and maintain high service standards for new and existing supporters of Mary's Meals UK (MMUK).
As Head of Supporter Care, you will lead by example, encouraging effective and efficient service across a UK-wide team. You will ensure that our growth is well supported, managed, and planned – and above all, ensuring supporters' voices and experiences are championed.
Key duties:
- Leading the Supporter Care team who are the first point of contact for most of our supporters, handling enquiries and dealing with all aspects of the donation process.
- Developing and implementing the supporter care strategy for MMUK, aligned with the global strategy.
- Contributing to key decision-making within the UK team as part of the Extended Leadership Team.
- Ensuring that we treat every interaction with our supporters with care and as an opportunity to make a real and lasting positive memory of Mary’s Meals.
- Championing a culture of continual improvement, reviewing, and developing supporter care processes in all areas, improving supporter experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deliver first-class support, service and stewardship for supporters, ensuring they feel connected and part of the Mary’s Meals family.
- Project management, including change management to ensure opportunities to innovate and improve are implemented quickly and effectively.
- Developing and managing the Supporter Care team, monitoring, and evaluating activities through set key performance indicators.
- Providing support and guidance to colleagues in the Supporter Engagement Directorate, as part of the Supporter Engagement Leadership Team.
- Contributing to the development and execution of key fundraising campaigns in close partnership with colleagues across the movement.
