Mary's Meals International (MMI) is recruiting for a talented Engagement Coordinator to provide efficient and timely support for all supporters and our National Affiliates, who are raising awareness and funds for Mary’s Meals. In this varied role, you will have the opportunity to support the administration of key fundraising and growth initiatives and will often be the first point of contact for new supporters and those who are interested in the work of Mary’s Meals.

You will work closely with our National Affiliate Relationship Managers to address queries from our National Affiliates and supporters. You will play a key role in managing our supporter database and will provide quality information to support good governance, communications and provide relevant information for growth initiatives.

Reporting to our Head of Growth Operations, you will thrive in a busy, varied, supporter-focused role where you will work across all areas of the Mary’s Meals network to drive engagement and the growth of our movement.

Key duties:

  • Manage general email enquiries via Facebook Messenger, supporter mailbox and website enquiries.
  • Assist with the administration of the MMI supporter database, Salesforce, including logging donations and supporter data.
  • Provide support in managing Growth Operations processes.
  • Assist with the admin of the fundraising campaign ‘Feed A School’, including related website activities and email enquiries.
  • Contribute to projects as required and work collaboratively with colleagues across Mary’s Meals.
  • Provide advice to National Affiliates on system issues and monitor to the point of resolution.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and process documentation.


We are looking for:

  • Exceptional administration and communication skills with the ability to engage and network across our movement.
  • Excellent written communication skills with proven ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience of producing high quality documentation, data input and analysis.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with experience of working across a varied remit with conflicting demands.   
  • Cultural sensitivity, to work effectively with a wide range of people across different cultures and geographies.

We have a remote-first approach to work and are happy for you to work remotely and flexibly, in a way that best supports your work-life balance. We also have an office near Glasgow city centre for those who live nearby and would like to work from there occasionally or regularly.
