We are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join Mary’s Meals International and help us deliver best in class projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be a key interface between our technical project teams and functional units. You will be responsible for documenting and articulating problems, processes and solutions as well as producing high quality specifications for professional audiences using methodologies and language that can be easily understood by all.
As a Business Analyst, you will be experienced in working within complex project environments. You will have a good technical understanding of business analyst frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies. Your work will play a key role in the successful execution of varied projects including: digital transformation, CRM and launching new campaigns and products.
You will possess excellent communication and relationship building skills. You will have extensive experience of developing high quality specifications for all audiences, using methodologies and language that can be easily understood by all.
You will work closely with our global stakeholders to implement successful projects, as we strive to turn our aspiration into action, to reach the next child waiting for Mary’s Meals.
In your role as Business Analyst, you will:
- Meet with stakeholders to understand and review business objectives and project requirements.
- Analyse data to identify trends and aid in decision making.
- Attend project meetings and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements, both functional and non-functional.
- Formally document functions and processes.
- Looking at the current ‘As Is’ to identify requirements and areas of improvement.
- Supporting the production of project management information and presenting this back to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support user acceptance testing by creating test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Working with project managers and product owners to deliver projects and programmes to plan.
- Provide support for preparation of training materials.
- Contribute to organisational growth through the creation and sharing of knowledge, lessons learned and best practices from previous projects experience.
You will bring significant experience of working as a Business Analyst and you must have the ability to critically evaluate and have a proven analytical mindset.
Experience of working with CRM solutions, Cost Benefit Analyses, Agile Methodology and Jira or a similar Agile framework would be beneficial. A relevant professional qualification is desirable.
We are a global, remote first organisation and are happy for this role to be fully remote. As part of your role, there may be the requirement to travel to countries where Mary’s Meals operates.
