Featured volunteer role

Supporter Admin Volunteer (Glasgow)

We have a great opportunity for a friendly, reliable volunteer to get involved behind the scenes helping our Supporter Experience team at our Glasgow office near Kinning Park.

Duration: Initially for a three month period during the busiest season of the year, but with the possibility of extension.

Time commitment: Flexible

Tasks may include:

Helping with incoming and outgoing mail
Preparing and sending fundraising packs and supporter materials
Fulfilling supporter requests, tasks and orders
Carrying out basic administration and data entry
Helping with general office tasks and keeping things organised

We’re looking for:

Someone happy working on practical and administrative tasks carefully and accurately and as part of a team
Reliable, organised, friendly and helpful

You’ll gain:
Experience in administration and supporter service as part of a busy charity team supporting Mary’s Meals’ mission to provide school meals to children in some of the world’s poorest communities.
